Electra One, as an EU-based trader, will repair, replace, reduce the price, or issue a refund if a product you purchased turns out to be faulty or does not look or function as advertised.

If you purchased your Electra One controller through our official website, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 30 days of receipt, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. Fees apply.

In addition, Electra One supports responsible product lifecycle management. Owners are welcome to send their controller back to us for recycling at the end of its useful life. We will ensure it is properly and safely disposed of or repurposed according to environmental standards.
