BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:

1. Goods in Stock

1. Orders for in-stock items are shipped within 5 business days after payment is received.
2. Full payment is required at checkout.
3. The payment amount includes packing and shipping costs.
4. For EU consumer sales, VAT is included in the total price.
5. For EU B2B sales, VAT is excluded in the total price, providing a valid VAT registration ID is required.
6. For sales outside the EU, VAT is excluded in the total price, and export documents are provided to the shipping company.
7. Orders may be canceled before shipment, subject to a €15 cancellation fee.
8. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original protective packaging using the shipping label provided by Electra One.
9. A handling fee of €32 (within the EU) or €47 (outside the EU) will be deducted from the refund.
10. Items are shipped via DHL Express (or their partners), and tracking information will be provided.
11. An invoice will be issued and emailed at the time of shipment.

2. Pre-Orders

1. Pre-orders are for out-of-stock or upcoming items and will be shipped after the date indicated on the pre-order page.
2. Full payment is required at checkout.
3. The payment amount includes packing and shipping costs.

5. For EU B2B sales, VAT is excluded in the total price, providing a valid VAT registration ID is required.
6. For sales outside the EU, VAT is excluded in the total price, and export documents are provided to the shipping company.
7. Pre-orders may be canceled before shipment, subject to a €15 cancellation fee.
8. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, under the same conditions and fees as for in-stock items.
9. Items are shipped via DHL Express (or their partners), and tracking information will be provided.
10. A proforma invoice will be issued within 5 business days after the pre-order is placed.
11. An invoice will be issued and emailed at the time of shipment.

3. General Terms

1. Please do not place an order or pre-order if you are unsure how Electra One controllers work.
2. Electra One s.r.o. may cancel any order or pre-order containing invalid business or VAT information (e.g., incorrect VAT registration ID). A €30 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
3. The buyer is responsible for import duties, tariffs, and customs fees. Please ensure you understand and are prepared to pay any applicable import charges.
4. Electra One s.r.o. is not liable for damage or loss caused by the shipping company.
