- The mk1 was the first controller we made. A limited amount of memory allows only one preset to run at a time, and the complexity of that preset is restricted as well.
- Firmware v3.5.4, released 16 February 2023, will soon be replaced by one very last firmware update. The web editor will keep supporting the mk1 in full after that.
- For support queries and servicing, reach us at info@electra.one: every mk1 we made is still ours to look after. Upgrade kits to a newer model are no longer available.

Good to know
Electra One mk1 has been out of production for years and is not sold. It stays supported: run firmware v3.5.4, its final release, and use the web editor and the preset library as usual. Ask on the forum if you need a hand with one. Presets written for the newer firmware on mk2, Mini and mk3 may exceed what mk1’s memory and CPU can hold.
